This survey is part of the multi-year project, Strengthening Public-Private Partnership to Reduce Food Losses in the Supply Chain. The survey aims to identify the current situation of reducing food loss and waste in APEC member economies, discover the costs and benefits of feasible solutions in public and private sectors and explore public-private partnership on food loss and waste reduction in the APEC region.
